We’re excited to announce the 5th annual Open Studios! Open Studios is an exhibition of student artwork curated by Fine Arts faculty held in the spirit of an art crawl. The show covers a wide range of media, from augmented reality to printmaking to zines. New to the event this year are readings by Creative Writing students, music performance, and collaborative projects by the Critical Digital Media Theory class in English. Other work includes virtual reality, Stefan Kinsinger’s DMA senior project, Sophie Skilbred’s “binaural ears” recording device made in the DMA MakerLab, and dreamBot, an interactive work by DMA professors Gumiela and Ryan. All are welcome–come out of the cold and crawl with us!
